Lisa Russell, RN, BScN

Lisa graduated with honours from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree. After graduation, she obtained a sought-after position at the prestigious Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. Lisa spent the first several years of her career providing care to patients undergoing cancer treatments, this allowed her to develop strengths in patient education and psychosocial support. This valuable hospital nursing experience further fostered her attention to detail, superior nursing care and compassionate demeanor. Lisa embarked on her fertility nursing career as the Nurse Coordinator at Niagara Fertility before moving into the position of Clinical Practice Leader based out of Trio KW. Lisa has been extensively trained for her role, receiving quality training @ Life Quest (now Trio Fertility) in Toronto, Roche (Laboratory) and True North Imaging (Ultrasound). Lisa has impeccable insight into the patient experience which lends well to her aim to ensure the optimal delivery of care for our patients. Lisa attends to her role with great passion and commitment; she is continually engaging in professional development and interacting with the fertility community. She has guided many patients on their fertility journey, whether directly involved in your care or in the background of clinic operations she presents as a care partner along your journey.
