Ontario Fertility Network (OFN) began more than 20 years ago, and now functions as four independent fertility centres serving patients in Ontario: Barrie Fertility Centre, Niagara Fertility at Stoney Creek, Lakeridge Fertility in Durham, and TRIO KW Fertility in Kitchener Waterloo.

With a shared mission to bring access to top-tier fertility treatments to their communities, the four clinics function collectively to form Ontario Fertility Network.

The team at OFN knows that infertility is challenging enough — adding excess travel, long wait times and explaining your circumstances to multiple experts can make it even harder. That’s why we keep our patients within our circle of care, and provide lab testing, ultrasound and other services in-clinic or at our trusted partner sites.

Lakeridge Fertility, TRIO KW Fertility, Barrie Fertility and Niagara Fertility are also satellite clinics for TRIO Fertility — the largest in-house fertility team in Canada. For patients who require more advanced technologies, we work hand-in-hand with the team at TRIO to provide seamless fertility care.

Working Together to Help You Conceive

Whether you attend our Niagara, Barrie, Whitby, or Waterloo clinic, you’ll get access to our top fertility specialists based on your medical needs and family goals.

Here’s an example of how we work collaboratively if you are undergoing IVF treatment:

If your fertility plan includes IVF, your medical team at your OFN clinic will guide you right to your embryo transfer.
The procedure then occurs at OFN’s partner clinic, TRIO fertility in Toronto, where they have one of the leading embryology labs in Canada.
After your embryo transfer, you’ll return to your home OFN clinic where your nurses will guide you on post-transfer steps.
