Karen Connick, RN

Karen is a registered nurse who started her career working in obstetrics at RVH. She started working for the Barrie Fertility Centre in its first year of business, and has been with the clinic for 20 years. Along the path of Karen’s long experienced fertility career, she has gained her knowledge from TRIO Fertility, as well as Ferring ABCS of Fertility, numerous CFAS, ASRM and Fertility Nursing Conferences in Canada and the USA. Karen had extensive ultrasound training at Lakeridge Fertility, Niagara Fertility and Trio KW Fertility. She also had training from GE Healthcare for the ultrasound machine used at Barrie Fertility. Karen is a kind-hearted nurse with a sweet, approachable demeanour, that makes her patients feel at ease in her care.
